got it. seemed need check few considerable things regarding issue. let's start checking if have right timezone. consider doing these steps:
1. start search tab, search , launch control panel.
2. under clock, language, , region, click set time , date.
3. on date , time tab, verify date , time. if not correct, click change date , time, update date , time, , click ok.
4. under time zone, verify time zone. if not correct, click change time zone, select correct one, , click ok.
5. click ok again save settings , close dialog box.
when done, important observe pc time.
if issue persistent, please check following:
1. outdated device/system drivers.
2. computer virus/malware infection.
3. failing cmos battery.
