Windows 7 and 10, Its a Crash Crash Crash - Microsoft Community

i have been struggling 2 months trying find out why pc keeps crashing.  updated windows 10 , constant bsod on watchdog , other various codes.  format , go windows 7 , same problem.  mucho appreciated.

hi,

since same issue happens on both windows 10 , windows 7 clean install has hardware or malware (some can survive format). see next message testing malware.

after malware checks reduce system simple possible (including minimum memory) , see if helps. remove power reseat cards, memory, , cables (on both ends when possible) - remove , replace - not snug.

drivers @ fault disk issues or antivirus/antispyware/security products root cause can force driver corrupt or go out of bounds. video driver or affecting suspect.

sure drivers, bios, , low level chipset drivers updated manually checking @ system maker , device makers's sites.

memory tests not catch errors such mismatched memory (possible sticks appear identical) , when faster memory placed in system behind slower memory. best swap sticks in , out check if memory tests fail show problem.

test ram check here - let run 4+ hours or so.  <-- best method
