Windows 10 File History Backup Support is not available to users. - Microsoft Community

previously posted query no results.  error when trying run "file history can't save copies of files encrypted encrypted file system, on network location or on drive doesn't use ntfs file system.

external drive ntfs.  evidently according web support, no clue how locate encrypted files.  also, informed microsoft support windows not give support on windows histoty backup.  they suggest getting support local microsoft support store.  

did't windows include program automatic update programs?

so 3 (3) of threads concerns same computer in one, correct?
