Computer keeps restarting after showing "Your pc ran into a - Microsoft Community

pc worked fine last night, turned off went sleep woke , turned on, scanning , repairing disk c or something, took long , stuck on 29%  so restarded it, there option skip scan pressing key, skipped it, started fine desktop screen large tried open skype , logged in, right after suggsted me restart computer because apparently system wasn't available, restarded computer , keeps restarting after "your pc ran problem" something, can't read whole thing because restarts after second, can't type anything, can't click anything, nothing.. tried search online problems can't seem find solution it.. please help

test hard drive.

go computer manufacturer's website > computer's specifications > find out brand of hard drive > go hard drive manufacturer's website > find , download hard drive diagnostic software , make bootable disk on computer using here, following instructions > test hard drive see if has failed.
