window 10 apps and search function - Microsoft Community

i have lost window apps including store , search function. easy way reinstall these. use windows 10

answers post should include minimum information.

1.  device type. ie pc, laptop, tablet, surface.

2.  os type, home, pro, executive, etc

3.  current build.  go settings, system. about.  xxxxxx.xxx

4.  happening on computer,  boot, screen, app, etc

5.  error getting if any?
