please answer question more clarity on issue.

  • are facing issue on local account or microsoft account?

you may install pending updates on computer , check if helps.

further, may boot computer in clean boot state , check status. clean boot helps verify if third party application service or startup item causing issue.

how troubleshoot problem performing clean boot in windows vista or in windows 7, windows 8: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

note: after have finished troubleshooting, follow steps under “how reset computer start usual after troubleshooting clean boot” in article boot normal startup.
