• are facing issue on local account or microsoft account?

you may install pending updates on computer , check if helps.

further, may boot computer in clean boot state , check status. clean boot helps verify if third party application service or startup item causing issue.

note: after have finished troubleshooting, follow steps under “how reset computer start usual after troubleshooting clean boot” in article boot normal startup.
