The WBENGINE service has been stopped - Microsoft Community

my backup operation has been failed several times, while i'm checking on internet solve issue, found service responsible backup operation wbengine service. when checked found wbengine stopped.

i tried start service many times it's started seconds then again stop status.

windows server 2012 - file server.
