Replace 32-bit Vista on Dell XPS 420 running Intel E6850 processor - Microsoft Community

dell xps 420 has dual 3.0 ghz processors , has been great home computer.  having issues lack of support vista , compatibility our other windows 10 computers.  upgrade windows 10 (or windows 7) have questions.

looks intel e6850 processor supports 64-bit (though running 32-bit vista now.  can install clean windows 10 (64-bit) or windows 7 (64-bit) on computer.  better solutions?

well, clean install option if migrating windows vista windows 10. if choose windows 7, have option of performing direct upgrade or clean install.
