How to block apps for a family member account - Microsoft Community

i want block apps child's ms family account.  everyone says under "apps, games & media" setting family children account.  however, cannot find anyplace on page add apps want block.  

if knows specific answer, please let me know.  

in fact, removed "chrome" list of blocked apps, don't see how add back.
