How do I teach Cortana that Washington DC is not in Washington - Microsoft Community

i'm in washington, dc.  the cortana home page shows picture of white house, caption "time @ home," gives time pacific standard time ("the time home in washington").  very funny.  how make stop?

let try double check time zone on settings. open settings > time & language > date & time , check if time zone set up.
