Combining one outlook express and 2 WLM12 email store folders on three - Microsoft Community

i've had severe fracture of mail wlm12 store folder in old w7pro machine, source of prior threads.  that drive out of new machine.

i have intact set of of previous xp machine, in outlook express, in external drive, ending in april 2015.

both of have many subfolders, , pull mail 4 accounts, each having separate 'inbox' account name.  i'd able keep information.  i have all-mail folder has incoming mail, each 1 bearing account name in appropriate column.  i'd keep information (name of account mail directed in column on inbox).

and, during construction/repair of previous computer (new psu , mobo) had first instance above, i've been using w10 laptop's wlm.  in have personal account downloaded/ing (because info critical, i'd keep using laptop until new computer's mail built).

my computer rebuilt, fresh load of w7pro, nothing else.  i'll have download of programs use, i'll accomplish on whatever time takes, in order of importance.  my number 1 important item assembly of email i'm in middle of important project.

how can put new windows essentials download result of new wlm12?  

what should (or shouldn't) new, blank, program in setup ready effective import/transfer?  (items come mind include configuring 4 proper name, match coming first 2 instances, 4 accounts , populating sign-in , outgo mail info.)

since have multiple accounts combine, can suggest use mail app on windows. allow manage multiple accounts in 1 app. please refer link steps on how use mail app.
