Changing family screentime doesn't take effect - Microsoft Community

my child locked out of screentime, change screentime setting include current time. still won't let kid log in. devices date. logged out, restarted. screentime settings show correctly, child still locked out. 

this keeps happening. screentime excellent feature, it's ridiculously unreliable. work few days or weeks, quits. nothing changes on our end: same users, accounts, etc. want able adjust settings intended. please microsoft right!

you might facing issue due account not configured properly. steps on how reconfigure family safety feature on windows 10 device, kindly check anju thekkethil's post in link.
