ASUS 2-in-1 q534UX touchscreen stopped working - Microsoft Community

i'm hoping can me this, i've been searching internet weeks solution , nothing working.

my touchscreen randomly stops working after sort of shutdown, sleep, restart. @ first moments, week or , simple restart power , volume down button fixed it. nothing working.

the hid-compliant touch screen driver has disappeared, computer doesn't think has touch screen. there's unresponsive usb port issue comes when computer scans problems, , won't offer solutions unresponsive port either. 

i have literally tried every solution available on forum.

please help

my first question be, still under manufacturers warranty? if take back! have extended warranty? if contact them!

have got in touch asus see if model has problems?

your computer appears have lot of problems , if take advice here may inadvertently invalidate warranty still have.

my advice if out of warranty, speak reputable professional computer repairer advice.

also running windows 10? chose "other/unknown" os?
