Windows Server 2012 (not R2) not updating - bar scrolls and - Microsoft Community

hi,

we have windows 2012 site updates not downloading.  the bar scrolls round , round.

if services stopped , softwaredistribution folder renamed , services restarted rebuild folder , gets 200mb , sits @ point , goes no further.  it's been left run several days see if resolves , no joy.  done usual postings regarding re-registering dll's etc.  despite folder getting point doesn't go further , bar sits scrolling on update screen.

in update log see these 2 lines i've struggled find meaningful explanation , if has relevance problem.
