Windows 10 Pro x46: Networking, Windows Update, and Update Forced - Microsoft Community

now, since mswindows v1.x under msdos (it 1985, remember well, on floppy. 1! floppy.), happy user.
on years, i've had experiences (some versions, 3.x series, 95 (though quite unstable), 98 second edition, me, xp x86/x64 (one of better, not how people had such problems 64-bit, never had issue, , ran years), win7 (which, imho, best version ever!!!)
, had serious dissapointments: unofficial 97 (95 second edition), 98, vista, 8/8.1, , recent 10.
note: had professional/ultimate/corporate editions, not believe in half programs.
it's 10 want talk, , ask few questions.
further go win7, more , more feel screwed over, , lose control on once bloody awesome , useful system.
win8 on, began take power out of power user, restricting more , more options, restricting more , more tweaking.
win7 x64 ultimate was, me @ least, extremely tweakable, power in power user! using amongst 1 godmode, did things quite amazing), began fade once 7 replaced win8 , later.
in win10 began (for me, is) removing task bar.

there ever was, in simple bar, operating part in whole.

later, placed back, finally, half-working 1 missed needed options: link menu control panel, link menu administrative tools, things this.
seriously, if work computers way do, gross oversight/"corporate sabotage" (do note quote marks, it's figure of speech)!
did not stop there: began "secure" many options, removing power out of user.
more, began take control on system, you're no longer master in system!
many systems begin listing "sabotage" me, , 3 of these annoying me beyond anything.
home network, windows update , update auto restart!
in past 2 weeks have lost days of work on system, because no longer in control.
now, have done several things, totally killing off updates in windows update center:

kill off whole thing in local group policy editor:

removed tasks in task schedular, windows update:

changed few register settings, but, none avail: frikken system keeps dropping me after 1 hour, update reboot.
funny, once idle, system wait hour restart, moronic reason, not detect continuous activity allover computer.

home network: in time run win10pro x64 (over 5 computers, machine server, other 4 users, run identical os identical updates), added them two-hundred times, , each time, lose every setting, , cannot either accessed again (requiring authentification , lot, though every time has been set not needed, users , myself, "so access 1 without restriction". not really, it, microsoft?) or not found, requiring me again set system fails.
now, wonder happened home network system, has become increasingly unstable past win7?

add tcp/ip , off were.
share drive, password?, no?, good, move on next pc.
became **** complicated windows cannot follow anymore.
why necessary, wonder.
, so, 3 questions:
1) network: how can set decent, working home network won't again lose settings?
external networking system not unwelcome, has extremely reliable.
2) how can permanent choke life out of update , auto restart?
since, not doable, costs me far time a) lose data, , b) reset system (i not use ssd, since far small still).
3) how come, machine doesn't see active, , not idle?
there fix this?
