Win 10 Edu clean installation - problem with key activation - Microsoft Community

hi!

i have new computer without operating system , tried install win 10 education. process requires input of activation key @ beginning of installation (since there no operating system, can't skipped).

every time try activate windows key says 'the key cannot verified. please check installation package.'

both iso file , activation key downloaded msdn webpage verified account.

please help!

if installing windows 10 education anniversary update, have option skip entering key; if performing clean install booting installation media.

start making sure have latest install media. see instructions determine if have it:

if don't, see instructions how can download latest version, let skip entering product key until arrive @ desktop.

download windows 10 education iso files

if attend college or university, institution might provide education edition of windows 10. if provided license (product key), can download .iso file microsoft download academic products website. if using latest media creation tool, can use download windows 10 education. see previous instructions above.
