Win 10 boot up problem - Microsoft Community

hello all, 

just attempted upgraded win 7 serv pack 1 win 10 pro (oem) (64-bit). of pc characteristics:

  • graphics chip: amd radeon hd 7700 series
  • memory type: gddr5
  • cpu: intel (r) core (tm) i5-3470 cpu@3.20 ghz
  • ram: 32642 mb ram avail

when boots give me error messages such as:

czadvxml reader::loadappdatadefinitions - no definition xml found version: 3 , app: bav failed

ditto...3 , app: installer failed

ditto...3 , app: bav failed

ditto...3 , app: installer failed...and on.

background above black , screen stays there. no alternative turn pc off. words of advice how move beyond screen win 10?

hello kristoffer abs,

first, thank quick response , query regarding pc win 10 problems. 

second, issue moot because believe upgrading win 10 pro when should have been doing win 10 home. also, updated bios , used machine's repair disc safe mode , fixed thus. helped disconnect peripheries suggested. long story short, machine seems working fine. perhaps description of did might others (?).
