i cannot connect laptop wifi on win 07.there showing cross sign on laptop.what reason behind this?

one of possible reasons computer doesn't recognize network. can reset wifi connection refresh connectivity , helps establish network connection again. resolve concern, suggest reset tcp/ip or internet protocol default settings. visit link know how troubleshoot connectivity issues in windows 7.
