Trouble upgrading to Win10 Pro after install of Win10 Home - Microsoft Community

i purchased laptop dell year ago.  it came win10 home preinstalled.  i received no product key or sticker in of documentation.  i upgraded win 10 pro through windows store.  that went fine.  after upgrade, created windows 10 iso using microsoft media creation tool.  a few days later caused laptop stop working properly.  to fix popped in cd had created , reinstalled (less painful trying fix).  the installation went fine except system reports windows 10 home system.  how can upgrade (entitlement) on system pro system again?

the installation media have created , used might windows 10 home. can check page more information upgrading windows. can find suggestions on same link know how can upgrade windows 10 pro , activate product.
