POWER SERVICE WON'T START ( ERROR 13: The data is invalid - Microsoft Community

hi!

i have problem starting power service on services.msc 
says error 13 data invalid. windows endpoint builder service says error 1722 rpc server unavailable.. , services affecting windows audio right now.. 

please me please.... !! week since started troubleshooting problem.. !!! 

me please.. !! 

i'm using window 7 starter 32-bit (6.1, build 7601)

intel (r) pentium (r) cpu g3260 @ 3.30 ghz 

4gb ram

system model: h81m-ds2

  • were there recent changes made prior issue?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
  • have tried run system file checker tool? it's utility in windows allows users scan corruptions in windows system files , restore corrupted files.
