Groove not found in list of connected services for Cortana - Microsoft Community

have tried access groove music using voice control via cortana. error message saying need add groove music connected service. when go cortana's notebook - connected services, don't see listed. click +add service longer list, still not listed. if type in search box - nothing comes up. isn't supposed part of creators update?
