Bose QuietComfort 35 Wireless Headphones - Microsoft Community

since first day bought headphones had "problems" audio being bad. blown out speakers bose make me feel had been scammed. reason did not return them because 1 out of 100 times pair bluetooth on computer correctly , magically work. work 100% of time on phone . today after 6 months of frustration figured how make static , blown out noise go away. 1.) connect headphones pc's/laptop's bluetooth. 2.) test song or *note- if connection message on bluetooth page says "setup incomplete because of metered connection" not worry. 3.) if headphones still not working  keep reading. 4.) go control panel 5.) select "hardware & sound" 6.) select sound * small window should pop up. notice there 2 options bose a.) hands-free b.) stereo 7.) if hands-free option selected right click on , disable it. stereo option should automatically selected , if not yourself. 8.) test sound/song , see if works. if i'm glad help. if doesn't luck sorry couldn't more :(
