had issue computer.t had been updated win 10. anyway after being forced clean install. windows 8. it's telling me key bot work. had issues before. , after year or , have call number give me, told me update windows 10 , wouldn't have issue. yea, windows edge popup blocker sucks bad downloaded **** had go beginning. again same activation problem. actual dvd o.s. key inside. got @ staples $10 @ time. sale had. there fix this.

activate windows 8.1 phone

1. step 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 below or able do.

2. press windows + r open rusluisn dialog, type slui.exe 4, press enter, , go step 7 below.

3. open elevated command prompt, type slui.exe 4, press enter, , go step 7 below.

4. open power users tasks menu, click/tap on system, , go step 5a below.

5. open control panel (icons view), , click/tap on system icon.

a) click/tap on activate windows @ bottom right corner under windows activation, , go step 7 below. (see screenshot below)

6. open pc settings, click/tap on activate windows on left side.
