Windows 10 version 1607 build 14393.726 64bit HP ENVY 23 unable to - Microsoft Community

i unable download store updates have 26 updates download), download apps, system wont let me sign feedback hub , auto update windows not work, have had manually update windows.

the power button on start menu send me desktop, have tried change through settings no avail.

i have tried all solutions put forward on forum have found, none of them work.

the store starts download after approximately 1 second error code 0x80073cf0.

even logging on administrator , running various troubleshooter , system scans i continue have these issues.

hope out there can me feel microsoft not interested in customer support.

can tell if using wired or wireless connection? also, if connection set metered, windows prevent big downloads , updates. if metered connection off, let's verify windows update settings. follow these steps:

1. press windows key + s and type services. 

2. right-click first result list , select run administrator. 

3. double-click windows update. 

4. if the service status is running, click stop. 

5. change startup type to disabled. 

6. click apply and ok.

7. close window , restart computer.

8. re-do steps above , change startup type automatic then click start.

9. click apply and ok.

10. run windows update.

if unsuccessful, let's try install via microsoft update catalog. search kb4010672 then download it. restart computer install update.
