Windows 10 Recovery or Reinstall - Microsoft Community

have hp pc came windows 7.  i upgraded windows 10 during free upgrade period , have been using ever since.  now pc not start , instead goes hp recovery mode , cannot beyond this.  the hardware diagnostic tool indicates no problem, , hp system recovery options not apply windows 10.  is there can 'recover' windows 10?  if option reinstall windows 10, how can this?  any advice or assistance appreciated.

ensure create recovery media windows 7 should ever wish reinstall on system. hp provides media creator purpose on units.
