Windows 10 Creator Update fails to install - Microsoft Community

i have been trying last few days install windows 10 creator update.  each time encounters installation error, tries fix it, fails, , reinstalls previous version.  there no apparent error messages other message flashes , disappears installation error.  tried downloading second time.  same thing.  please help.

what make , model of computer?

did check manufacturers website find out support?

check list determine if computer compatible windows 10 creators update or anniversary update or not
