Win 10 Update. None of my USB ports work! I cannot communicate - Microsoft Community

after update on thursday night 11th may, unexpected, i'd had 1 on 10th also, none of usb ports work! cannot communicate computer. work until win 10 professional loads, ie in bios, switch off. suggestions please.

i know switching off power saving in hubs -- i'll control back.

my plan try in through ps2 port. failing re-install win 10 pro.

have tried connecting device test usb ports??

try reinstall device drivers

  1. download latest drivers usb device , install it. if there no new drivers available continue next step.
  2. open device manager. can pressing windows key + x , choosing device manager list.
  3. locate device driver , right click it.
  4. choose uninstall remove driver.
  5. restart computer.
