The trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain - Microsoft Community

i have 90 client pc’s part of production work cells windows 7 embedded.  these cells , pc’s may go weeks or months @ time without power, , of time when powered following error.
the trust relationship between workstation , primary domain failed.
it becoming incredibly annoying disjoin , rejoin pc’s domain per article id: 2771040 when takes a few minutes  to “break in local admin” locked down client , wait 3-4 minutes each boot cycle auto logs in restricted client. 
resetting computer account in active directory never works.
note: domain controllers server 2012 r2

i used able use netdom.exe on thumb drive , super easy make script run 1 click , fix this.  
appears netdom.exe non functional on 64 bit windows 7. ?? 
still have success using netdom.exe on 32 bit versions of windows 7.

have tried many times use powershell issue, , want resort sledgehammer repair method.  seriously.
seems powershell method of resetting machine password works fine long machine has valid trusted password, otherwise not.
doing wrong.

there thousands of web pages dedicated problem, , many of posted “fixes” work when workstation trusted, fail when not. ironically time ever need this.

right having issue windows 7 x64 laptop has kept in drawer 4 months, finally have time find correct, or @ least faster fix issue.

note: on broken machine, logged in local admin, when enter powershell command:
reset-computermachinepassword
 the result
invalid parameter(s) reset {session}

can please demonstrate simplest/faster best way fix problem, have spent days researching already.?

how modify startup etdom.exe file?
