upgraded windows 7 8.1 , s video connection no longer works. had laptop connected tv win 7 , since have 8.1 no longer can connect tv s video. have gone display , screen resoultion , tried detect tv , not detect....what can

to better assist you, please answer these questions:

  1. are trying connect through wired or wireless connection?
  2. is tv compatible windows 8.1?
  3. have done other troubleshooting steps?

if have miracast, may follow instructions in link project screen wireless tv, projector, or streaming media player supports miracast.

if have samsung tv , windows 8.1 can't discover wireless device, check link information.
