every single computer own, along every single customer running windows 10, system restore not working. i getting "app staging error 0x80070091" issue, seems quite common. i have since implemented acronis backup meanwhile since cannot rely on system restore function work, nor can expect of customers go through tedious command line temporary fix (which doesn't work) involving windowsapps folder permissions , ownership issue. this has been going on 3 months ever since update :
