internet connection problem - Microsoft Community

hello have been encountering internet connection problem on laptop , problem doesn't seem leaving time soon. use windows vista, connects wirelessly public wifi cannot connect broadband @ home. if networks displayed on damn computer. 

i have uninstalled 6to4 adapters , re-installed again , deleted them because fed yellow triangle exclamation marks, showing me problems no solutions. 

i have tried update 6to4 adapter result came saying adapters fine , date yet internet won't work. meanwhile other computers, including phone can connect network except vista laptop. have download winsock still no solution. 

i contacted network provider, after performing background check concluded problem laptop. mine not doing right? have reset router quite number of times no avail. 

may thing rid of damn computer. 

please need please.
