Feature update to Windows 10 Enterprise, version 1703 - "Error - Microsoft Community

my laptop installed win10 , tried update windows 10 enterprise, version 1703 recently. failed , shows error 0x800703 ee. tried 3 times failed. have problem turn off laptop. when click shutter down, locked screen. 1 else has same problem or idea solve this?

it possible corrupted windows system files may causing problems windows update.  suggest try troubleshooting steps provided annu singh on august 6, 2015 on link below , see if resolves issue:

error 0x800703ee.
