have been trying fix key issues hours , have been remote controled few hours. both of them have been extremely bad experiences.
issue: have windows 7 professional. first hard drive starting fail picked couple of new ones. decided clean install. installed win 7 pro. had 2 keys accidentally recorded wrong one: , enterprise code college. reinstalled old hdd extract key. did not work.
first agent tried , many times seemed didn't know doing can understand that. tried. unfortunately decided close out survey filling out right before closed our session. extremely unprofessional.
second agent. agent fathima r tried also. not extract key because os got messed failing hdd. neither of our faults. tried asking if there else do. if provide me new key since first-hand saw key valid , license authorized me. claimed couldn't. asked key , told issue enterprise key. told not new 1 because no longer student. kept pushing me off pro support (which had talked hour earlier). refused listen not able me. didn't care. asked escalated , told me wasn't worth it. tried close out our session on end stopped , asked escalated again. should me decide if worth or not. pushed me pro support again. accused of giving me runaround. insisted escalate me. @ point pretty said no , closed out session.
have worked in customer service , i've worked @ call center. kind of behavior have gotten me fired. i'm not entitled person believe there plenty of proof own legitimate copy of windows , shouldn't have dish out $100 because key irretrievable.

what happened original windows 7 professional key?
why keeping windows 7 enterprise key if no longer enrolled in college?
if have windows 7 professional key , want downgrade windows 7 enterprise, need perform manual downgrade.
