Cortina voice reconition from blue parrot - Microsoft Community

have mated blue parrot hp pravilon system hear in earphones when turn on blue parrot. have tried set mic not hear me, no sound in earpieces. using plug in bluetooth receiver.

tried trouble shot says can not. any ideas on how cortina allow head set. a retired trucker not use headset anymore.

it possible system issue cortana. found thread has same concern not recognizing voice in cortana. please check guru kiran g's reply on thread.

we'll keep eye out on response.
