Constant BSOD w8.1 nonpaged area minidmp included - Microsoft Community

hi folks,

i have issue an windows build i'm working on. base w8.1 pro 32 built off volume licence media, updated , running latest drivers. crash on 1 cold boot in 10 bsod , nonpaged error shown on screen. bluescreen view suggest issue intel hd driver have tried 3 versions of driver (manufacturer's official driver, previous intel based on chipset , latest intel based on chipset).

interestingly base image not crash when first created once customer has installed application. strange thing have been working customer long time on identical hardware , software application problem comes after moved volume licence image oem 8.1 end of life. confirm customers previous image (same os, same updates, same applications, same hardware) works fine. created them new image based on vl media runs fine until load application. below mini dump file.

any suggestions gladly received. customer not ready move w10 yet need keep them on 8.1 bit longer.
