wan't install windows 10 computer. wiped hard drive , i'm trying install it. after choose custom: install windows (advanced) , choose drive want install on screen says copying windows files 0%. haven't been able past screen because freezes every time! please help! wan't able use me new desktop!

try following:

if problem persist, possible install media corrupt.

are installing dvd or usb?

download fresh copy of iso try again:

rufus, small tool can download free.

after have installed rufus:

• launch it
• select iso image
• point windows 10 iso file
• check off create bootable disk using
• select gpt partitioning eufi firmware partition scheme
• choose fat32 not ntfs file system
• make sure usb thumbdrive in device list box
• click start
• close when complete
