Recovery key for alcatel idol 4s - Microsoft Community

need windows 10 cell phone.originally mine gave husband did factory reset before turn off reset protection.now asks recovery key don't have , don't know it.we've tried find online nothing has worked.i'm afraid it's gonna lock permanently  the more try unsuccessfully.please

if has received phone , didn't turn off reset protection, recipient won't able set phone. here's can do:

1. go account.microsoft.com/devices.

2. next phone no longer own, select remove phone.

3. select i'm ready remove phone check box, note recovery key, , select remove. recovery key display on page , emailed you.

4. when you're have recovery key saved, select i've kept copy of recovery key check box, , select okay.
