Printer Brother 9125CN does not print from one lap top and complains - Microsoft Community

have attached laptop locally printer not print. whereas there no issue second lap top. both laptops dell. 

please provide additional information.

1.  mean if connect printer laptop 1 using usb cable can print if connect printer laptop 2 using usb cable can not print?

or attempting share printer on local network?  is, leave printer connected laptop 1 attempt print laptop 2 connected local network?

2.  edition of windows installed on laptop 1?  include whether 32-bit or 64-bit edition.

3.  edition of windows installed on laptop 2?  include whether 32-bit or 64-bit edition.

4.  on laptop 2 (the computer not print), click start , click devices , printers: 

  • is there icon brother 9125cn?
  • does show warning symbol?
  • right-click , select "printer properties" , click "ports" tab.
    • what appears in line highlighted , checked?
  • close "printer properties" dialog box.

5.  repeat step 4 on laptop 1 (the computer print).  answers same questions?
