Latest Update Cause unexpected shutdown at first start - Microsoft Community

the hp elitebook 8440p show unexpected shutdown every time on first start of latest version (1607) of windows 10.

the synaptic update give me problem scrolling want rid of every time uninstalled next day got update again.
