Keyboard character set - Microsoft Community

keyboard responds blue characters.  if type / é.  how reset keyboard show standard characters.

this behavior may occur if keyboard listed in text services. standard keyboard us, , must keyboard listed in text services section of control panel.

to address concern, suggest follow steps provided on link. link resolve issue , remove instances of keyboards other standard keyboard.
