jammed reinstall win 10/cycling - Microsoft Community

wound several volumes of win 10 because of reinstall win 10 screen recycling , asking install; media creation tool; happened because had bumble way through learning bios/boot routine (bios 5.03 on hp6230f pavilion desktop) -can't move forward more; how repair, clear or whatever , move on? there 3 partitions start. original on pc win 7 upgraded time ago; trying recover 2nd crash within weeks.
