HD TV connected via HDMI only shows my desktop, but not the video im - Microsoft Community

hi

i upgraded windows 10, before had windows 8, problem used watched download videos computer , connect via hdmi tv , watch on big screen.

but when connect. tv shows desktop screen no movie playing or else, infact cursor doest show moving 

kindly me work out, im non tech guy pls guide me step step

since mentioned upgraded windows 8 windows 10, it's possible current driver previous version of windows. verify, have tried using different hdmi cable? what's make , model of windows 10 device , hdtv? in meantime, suggest updating audio , video drivers. so, can check link step-by-step instructions.
