Cortana "Remind me" does not work reliably on Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

cortana on windows 10 not work reliably recently.

i type in following not work:

remind me call dan @ 11am
remind me walk @ 11am

(it seem recognize it's reminder, after 1 second of "thinking", turn bing search.)

i type in following works:
remind me call adrian @ 11am
remind me run @ 11am

(it produce reminder.)

it's frustrating.

thank getting us. used cortana remind every hour call turns out works fine. tried replicate issue , ended on factors causing inconsistent behavior of cortana.  there possible causes different set language , time, operating system needs update or might need reset credentials computer. best way resolve issue following troubleshooting provided on link.

to check if windows creators update available computer, suggest downloading , running windows update troubleshooter.
