not able run mga tool getting windows not genuine error 0x8004fe21. mine windows professional service pack 1 64 bit . before working fine , getting error.and mine activation keys genuine .please me out have tried possible ways 

click start
type: cmd, results, right click cmd
click 'run administrator'
@ command prompt, type: sfc/scannow

check integrity violations

restart system

how activate windows 7 manually (activate phone)
 
1) click start, , in search box type:   slui.exe  4
 
2) next press 'enter' key
 
3) select 'country' list.
 
4) choose 'phone activation' option.
 
5) stay on phone (do not select/press options) , wait person activation.
 
6) explain problem support person.
