Windows 10 -- Resetting this PC stuck on 3% for hours - Microsoft Community

<moved windows 7 | update, recovery & backup>

windows 10 crashed blue screen , failed restart. went through couple or repair sequences failed, , showed me screen select recovery option. system restore failed. 3 hours later recovery options window.

select option recover windows 10 keeping files.

screen shows "resetting pc 3%" several hours. getting bored, , computer still not fix itself.

how in name of rude microsoft away this?

have made usb windows 10 installation drive on computer, warns me need product key use it. no idea how find product key on computer not boot.

how in name of rude microsoft away this?

problems have encountered think doing reset might resolve?
