Touchscreen not working Pavilion 14 laptop - Microsoft Community

my pavilion 14 laptop working fine... touchscreen included.  reason, touchscreen no longer responds or acknowledges touch.  started follow online mentioned uninstall driver.  did that, mentioned opening "tablet pc settings" in control panel.  item not exist in control panel.  lost , don't know go here.  love touchscreen to function again.

• when did start experiencing issue?
• aside uninstalling driver, have perform troubleshooting resolve issue? if yes, please provide more details.

meanwhile, suggest performing workaround provided on link. identify if it's issue device or having missing update on driver.
