SBS 2011 to 0365 imap migration - Microsoft Community

dear forum

i below error while trying migrate of mailboxes 0365 using imap migration exchange 2010 on sbs 2011. captured enabling imap protocol logging on exchange 2010. able same error while doing telnet port 143 , issuing command manually.
