My Word 2011 document incorrectly orders the page numbers - Microsoft Community

i have 95-page training manual created in word 2011.

the final page of document shows page number of 69, though 95th page.

several page numbers not follow in sequential order, example: after page 33, next page number shown 31 (though 34th page).  this seems happen randomly throughout document. 

so far, answers have found online refer fixes not specific word 2011, , recommend clicking on tabs/buttons/icons not present in word 2011

any appreciated. thank you
