Microsoft Security Quarterly Monthly Rollups Fail - Microsoft Community

i have had microsoft security quarterly monthly rollups december (kb3207752) , november (kb3197868) fail repeatedly, error code 80246007 (for december) , error cpode 80071a30 (for november).  also, security , quality rollup .net framework 3.5.1, 4.5.2, 4.6, 4.6.1, 4.6.2 (kb3205402) fails.  

ironically, specific 32 bit security updates excel, office, word , publisher have installed successfully, has malicious software removal tool update.   have done reset of update service, , worked through bits recommendation, no success.   also, specific microsoft security updates through october installed successfully. 

i use trend micro antivirus, , have tried update process trend micro activated , de-activated.   no other anti-virus programs running.  

i have dell latitude 32 bit laptop windows 7 pro.

the updates downloaded successfully, , since use laptop every day,the update installs attempted every time shut down.

is there else should trying fixed?  it seems monthly rollups failing.
