Microsoft Band 2 won't turn on - Microsoft Community

my husband's microsoft band 2 has been sitting, plugged in charge, 2 months.  decided wear today , cannot light or respond.  need new battery?  did overcharge it?  appreciated.

it can take 2 hours charge microsoft band. however, leaving plugged in long time, may have damaged battery.

you can try press , hold power button , action button on band @ same time , see if device turn on.

if microsoft band still unresponsive, suggest contact our answer desk on how device serviced. if you're outside us, refer global customer service phone number in touch our customer support in area.
